PUBG Among Steam's Top-Selling Games in 2022

Valve is taking a wait back at the 100 best selling PC games on Steam in 2022, and the multiplayer online striking PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds was among the top 12.

Instead of ranking titles 1 to 100, Valve broke the listing into four categories: Platinum, (Nos. i-12), Gold (Nos. 13-24), Silverish (Nos. 25-twoscore), and Bronze (Nos. 41-100). Too PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, the 11 other titles to brand the Platinum listing included Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Warframe, The Witcher 3: Wild Chase, ARK: Survival Evolved, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Siege, Rocket League, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, and Yard Theft Auto V.

"We ran the numbers to come up with the list of the games that earned the near revenue during 2022, including all forms of Steam revenue; game sales, in-game transactions, and DLC," Valve wrote in a blog post. "So, similar last year, the resulting listing includes a mix of gratuitous-to-play games also as premium games."

Valve also compiled the summit selling new releases of 2022, which is broken down by month; the almost played games of 2022; the peak selling VR experiences of 2022; and the pinnacle early access graduates of 2022.
