It sounds like you'll need to get a replacement of either new or used. E3 is coming up so there should be some sales as well.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support amanuensis by following the steps below. The agent would exist able to requite you options on how to deal with that particular unfortunate situation.
I would suggest checking out YouTube videos / Reddit posts on how to deal with that since opening up the Xbox console goes against our support policy.
Footstep i ----Select Xbox One
Footstep 2 ---- S elect Come across other options
Stride 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
Footstep 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If yous looking for a prayer u need to exist patient dont endeavour to plough on and so much i knw this sounds weird simply worked for me with prison cell phones but I would put in a bucket of raw dry rice and the rice absorbs all the moister.....the xbox is aslot bigger but at this point you should endeavor annihilation before dropping more big bucks

given that orange soda is a sticky, sugary substance, at this point I doubt if drying it will assist, the damage may take already been done/ As suggested I think sending it in for repair may be your all-time option. As well realize that since you opened the case you accept voided whatever warranty that may have been in place.

I would give it a good twenty-four hours or two before you endeavour to turn it on and play with it once more to permit it really dry out out. And if there is sticky remainder inside of it from the soda, I would become a slighty damp cloth and wipe it out to remove any leftover, stale soda if you tin can. if it shorted out and then no its probably toast. You can ever try letting information technology "dry" and turning it on.
