How To Use Clean And Clear Oil Control Toner

One of brands from my teenage years, and this is probably my very first skincare brand that my mum bought for me. Back then, this brand was pretty famous among skincare to target teens like us. I remembered I used their whole range product from cleanser, toner and moisturizer for quite some time.

This Clean & Clear brand really standing strong in market although not much marketing or advertisement being made. I had oily skin since young until now, so all skincare that I bought mostly target on oily or acne skin. CLEAN & CLEAR oil-control toner works deep down to the pores to help prevent pimples, oily shine and blackheads. Even now I'm reaching my 30s and still I am facing acne issue, I still cant find the root cause of my own skin even I had visited to different dermatologists.

I usually use toner with cotton pad, I somehow feel it is way cleaner compare to just using my bare hands. After wiping on my face, I could see the cotton turned slightly brownish and it was so gross. I cant believe I just washed my face and yet the cotton is so brownish omg. I like how this toner leaves my skin clean and free of all the remaining dirt. I don't feel dry or any sting. In fact it was quite mild on my skin. As usual, after toner, I will continue with my next skin care routine.

How to use:

MOISTEN COTTON BALL OR PAD WITH TONER. APPLY ALL OVER FACE AND NECK. USE TWICE DAILY AS PART OF YOUR 3 STEP CLEANSE, TONE, MOISTURIZE REGIMEN. COMBINE WITH CLEAN & CLEAR® ESSENTIALS FOAMING FACIAL WASH AND ESSENTIALS MOISTURIZER FOR BEST RESULTS.

My opinion:

This toner actually contains alcohol, so if you're sensitive to alcohol I recommend you to test on a small area on your face first before trying it out on the whole face. It really depends on your skin type I would say. As for me, I don't have any issues with alcohol or non alcohol skincare, I am just fine with both actually. So this toner works pretty well on me and definitely helps with my breakouts and the whiteheads as well. Not just fight acne, but at the same time I could see my pores were way tighten compared to previous time.

The Clean & Clear essentials oil-control toner is light. I felt my skin was cleaner, more hydrated and beautifully refreshed after using it. The effect may not be immediate, but if you used it for a few times, you could see the differences. I would say that if you are looking for a budgeted acne skin care toner, I would suggest you to go for this one as it really does it job well on acne skin. Or maybe you're planning to get it for your daughter or son who is in teenage stage, this is really a not bad product for them to begin with.
